All Political Parties Will Participate in March 5 Elections, Says Minister Kharel

CHARIKOT, Nov 24 — Minister for Communications and Information Technology Jagadish Kharel said he is confident that all political parties will take part in the upcoming House of Representatives election scheduled for March 5.

Speaking at a program at Kalinag Secondary School in Kalinchowk-8, Dolakha, on Sunday, Minister Kharel said that a conducive environment for the polls has already been created and stressed the need to share this message nationwide.

“The main responsibility of this government is to conduct the election. We are fully prepared, and all political parties will participate,” he said.

Minister Kharel, who also serves as the government spokesperson, added that the government is prioritizing good governance and taking steps to curb corruption.

During the event, local residents honored the minister in Sunkhani, his birthplace, where he was warmly welcomed. Kharel also offered prayers at the Kalinag Temple.

Additionally, he visited the Kalinchowk Rural Municipality Office later in the day and pledged to fulfill his responsibilities with dedication.
