Second Edition of Nepal Premier League to Kick Off on November 17 with Floodlit Matches
Kathmandu, Nov 11: The Cricket Association of Nepal (CAN) has announced the fixture schedule for the second edition of the Nepal Premier League (NPL).
The tournament is set to begin on November 17 at the Tribhuvan University International Cricket Ground, Kirtipur, with several matches scheduled under floodlights. The opening match will see defending champions Janakpur Bolts face Kathmandu Gorkhas, starting at 4 pm.
The schedule includes 19 league-stage matches, followed by three playoff matches and the final, all planned to be played under lights.
Meanwhile, the construction of a 10,000-capacity parapet at the TU Cricket Ground has been completed, and floodlight installation is in its final phase, ensuring an enhanced experience for players and spectators alike.
