NPL Match Schedule Announced

KATHMANDU, Nov 11: The Cricket Association of Nepal (CAN) on Monday released the official schedule for the second edition of the Nepal Premier League (NPL).

The franchise-based T20 tournament is set to begin on November 17 at the Tribhuvan University (TU) International Cricket Stadium in Kirtipur.

The opening match will feature defending champions Janakpur Bolts taking on Kathmandu Gurkhas, with the game scheduled to begin at 4 PM.

A total of eight teams will compete in the league. Each matchday will feature two games—the first at 11:45 AM and the second at 4 PM, the latter to be played under the stadium’s newly installed floodlights.

According to CAN, 23 of the 32 matches, including the final on December 11, will be held under floodlights.
