Nepal Allows Sending Workers to Israel’s Agriculture and Caregiving Sectors

The Government of Nepal has allowed the deployment of Nepali workers to Israel’s agriculture and caregiving sectors, opening new opportunities for foreign employment. The decision is expected to benefit both job seekers and the country’s remittance-based economy.

Officials said the move follows bilateral understanding and aims to ensure safe, legal, and managed labor migration. Priority will be given to transparent recruitment processes, worker protection, and proper orientation to reduce the risks often associated with overseas employment.

The agriculture and caregiving sectors in Israel have long sought skilled and reliable workers, and Nepali labor is widely recognized for its dedication and work ethic. Authorities have advised aspiring workers to follow official channels and avoid unauthorized agents while applying for these opportunities
